Quarterly Training and Coaching

This service is designed for a company that needs to adjust its approach each quarter. Some companies have natural shifts in business depending on the weather. Our goal for these companies is to bridge that gap in the slower seasons and maximizing potential during the busier seasons. It is an unavoidable fact that buyers have different motivations from season to season, but having a nimble sales team that is ready to adjust and roll with the changes is a proven disruptor in every industry.


Monthly Training and Coaching

These sessions include topic-specific training each month as well as coaching and team building. Team building can be many things but always includes an in depth look at recents wins and losses. We discuss how to address the losses when they inevitably come up in the future, and we talk about how to purposely put ourselves in the winning situations more often. This package has proven to be one of the most successful packages for sales teams with at least 3 sales people, but the more sales people you have, the better.


Weekly Training and Coaching

Weekly sessions will be the most in depth and the most effective way to renovate your sales department. Each week, I will meet with your sales staff to go over wins and losses, cover a new and relevant sales topic, and set goals for the upcoming week. These sessions are meant to light a fire under your sales staff to go out and achieve at the highest level. I have discovered that this fire burns very hot and its difficult to maintain without a weekly revisit of new and old topics. This package also includes exclusivity rights to my services within your industry.


Single Session Training and Coaching

Our individual sessions are great for small teams and small companies that have specific topics they would like to address. We offer sessions that range from 1-3 hours with a variety of topics available. This often includes team building exercises off site, and the time frame can be flexible to fit your sales team’s schedules if need be. Prior to an individual session, we require a sit down meeting with the sales manager or owner to get an in depth idea of what all you would like. This allows for a specific presentation to be put together and also allows time for off-site plans to be made if necessary.
